Work Experience

Applications for work experience placements in clinical or medical areas will not be accepted until further notice.

Please do not contact departments or staff members directly if you wish to do work experience with them, all applications MUST come through the HR Operations team.

Work experience placements are usually offered to students of school and college age who live within our catchment area and who have an interest in working for the NHS, or its professions. The minimum age is usually 16 years at the time of placement. Students in school years 10 or 11 will be considered for work experience particularly in non-clinical areas.

To find out more about our work experience placements, you can contact HR Operations on 01753 634340, or email hr.operations@hwph-tr.nhs.uk.
