Agenda for Change sets out the terms and conditons for all staff working in the NHS (except Medical & Dental staff and Very Senior Managers). Everyone who joins the NHS is guaranteed a salary that matches their ability and responsibilities, and given every opportunity to increase it through training and development. Staff will be paid in accordance with the pay bands, as set under Agenda for Change (except medical and dental staff and very senior managers).
Staff will receive the following annual leave entitlements per annum pro rata.

The NHS Pension Scheme is recognised as one of the best occupational pension schemes available. All NHS employees are entitled to join the NHS Pension Scheme at a contributory rate of between 6% and 8.5% of their salary; the Trust will also contribute 14%.
