Multi Disciplinary Team

The multi-disciplinary team (MDT) working at the Parapet consists of:

• Oncologists
• Radiologists
• Pathologists
• Nurse consultant
• Breast care nurses
• Family History Specialists
• Lymphoedema Therapist
• Radiographer Advanced Practitioners
• Radiographers
• Clinic nurses
• Healthcare Assistants
• Micro pigmentation Specialist
• Administration team
• Volunteers

MDT meetings are held on a weekly basis and the team discusses diagnostic & treatment planning for patients. The aim is to ensure that patients receive consistent information and co-ordinated treatment from all those involved in their care.
