Diagnostic Investigations

The Parapet Breast Service diagnostic examinations/procedures include:

• Clinical Examination
• Mammography
• Ultrasound
• Fine needle aspiration
• Wide Bore Needle biopsy
• Mammotome
• MRI

The majority of diagnostic investigations can be performed as part of the first visit to breast clinic, with the exception of Mammotome procedures.
