Trust hosts workshop on advancements in foot & ankle trauma

On Friday 7 October, Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust hosted a one day lecture-based course for foot and ankle surgeons to provide them with a theoretical grounding in all aspects of foot and ankle trauma. The course was convened by Trust orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeons Callum Clark and Raman Dega and the faculty comprised surgeons from far and wide, including the president-elect of the British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. The day included discussions on assessment and management, current concepts and controversies, followed by a practical workshop session to allow attendees to gain hands on experience with a range of the latest foot systems.
