Resignation of Trust CEO

Julie Burgess, Chief Executive of Heatherwood & Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has made the decision to resign for health reasons.

Trust Chairman, Christopher Langley said, “Julie’s drive and leadership over the past two years has helped transform the performance of the Trust and ensured continued high quality of patient care. The board is very sorry to lose her but understand her decision to leave. We wish her all the very best for the future.”

John Wood, Interim Deputy Chief Executive will take on the role of Acting Chief Executive with immediate effect until a new appointment is made.
