Airwave Solutions, a Slough based company which provides the emergency services with their mobile, resilient and secure communications network, has visited Wexham Park for the third time to offer its assistance.
This time the team of volunteers were here to decorate a number of rooms around the hospital. On Ward 2 some of the team were busy giving the day room a new lease of life painting the walls with a relaxing pastel shade. The rest of the team got to work on Wards 3 and 5 where they gave the staff rooms a much needed coat of paint and new flooring.
Andrew Walker, Compliance and Risk Manager for Airwave Solutions said “Airwave is always pleased to support the local community, we all had an enjoyable day and it was great to be able to give something back to a hospital many of us use.”
Tricia Wright, Voluntary Services Co-ordinator said; “This is the third project Airwave have completed with us and they always do a fantastic job. The re-decoration of these rooms will make a real difference to the patients, visitors and staff who use them. We are always grateful for the time, effort and contributions we receive from local companies and charities, and are very lucky they are all so supportive of their local hospital”.
