Chalfont Outpatients centre is run from Chalfont and Gerrards Cross Community Hospital. Chalfont and Gerrards Cross Hospital run a number of outpatient clinics for the Heatherwood and Wexham Park NHS Trust Foundation Trust.

All clinics are led by consultants from Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The clinics offered include, cardiology, general surgery, orthopaedics, plastic surgery, haematology and paediatrics.

The cardiology clinics offer a consultant led, one stop clinic providing expertise and advice to patients and GPs.

The plastic surgery clinic covers all plastic surgery, skin cancers, hand surgery, breast surgery and soft tissue reconstruction, and the orthopaedic clinics cover general orthopaedic referrals, with specialist shoulder and elbow, foot and ankle and hip and knee clinics.
