The closest station to the hospital is Gerrards Cross Train Station some 1.2 miles to the south of Chalfont St Peter.

Trains to/from Gerrards Cross provide frequent and efficient services between a range of major destinations, including High Wycombe, London Marylebone and Stratford-upon-Avon and a number of other intermediary stops.

Bus routes 305, 335 and 353 provide services between Gerrards Cross Train Station and Chalfont & Gerrards Cross Hospital. These services depart from Packhorse Road some 100m north east of Gerrards Cross Train Station. Please see the Bus Services page for further information on bus routes.
