Violence Policy

Violence against our staff and patients will not be tolerated.

The staff and patients in the hospital have the right to work and to be cared for in a safe and supportive environment.

Violence against our staff is a crime and we will press for the maximum possible penalty towards anyone who behaves in a violent or abusive way.

The Trust and Thames Valley Police are working in partnership towards the protection of staff and patients.
