Outpatient Services - Useful Information

We can assist you with the following services:

• Interpreting and translation services
• Staff have details for accessing services to assist those for whom English is not their first language. Please let a member of staff know if you need this facility when you make your appointment
• Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS)
• Information on the Trust policy for abusive behaviour
• No smoking policy: The Trust has a no-smoking policy, hence smoking is not allowed in any room or building. We kindly request that patients and relatives do not smoke on the Hospital sites. Your co-operation is much appreciated
• Transport: When you call to make your appointment please let the Booking Centre staff know if you require hospital transport and they will notify the Trust’s Transport Department on your behalf. Please note that not all patients are eligible for this service and the Transport Department will inform you of your eligibility when they contact you.
