Appointment Waiting Times

We aim to provide a high quality, customer focused service, seeing all new patients attending an outpatient appointment within eight weeks of receipt of referral.

In accordance with national guidelines the Trust will provide first treatment for all patients within 18 weeks.

Please ensure that when booking your outpatient appointment that this timeframe will not impact on your personal commitments.
