Outpatient Services - After Your Appointment

Once you have finished your appointment please return your white ‘Front Sheet’ (given to you during your clinic visit) to the reception desk.

If You Need a Further Appointment

The reception staff will make another appointment for you where possible. Where not possible your receptionist will inform you of the process to follow.

If You Need Surgery

If you need surgery a card will be completed and sent to the Waiting List Department who will contact you directly to arrange a date and time, where possible, that is convenient to you.

If You Need Further Tests

In some instances you may need some diagnostic tests performed. The reception staff will assist you to make these appointments.

If You Are Being Discharged From the Clinic

Please take your white ‘Front Sheet’ to the receptionist and let them know that you have been discharged.

A Second Opinion

We do hope that you are happy with the care that you have received from your doctor. If for any reason you are not happy and would like a second opinion please return to your GP and request a referral for a second opinion.
