Primary Care Liaison Team

A Single Point of Contact

The team is a single point of contact for queries and suggestions from GPs and Dentists regarding Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals Foundation Trust. We aim to visit GP Practices to collect feedback on what we do well and where the Trust could improve. The team is the link for the Trust with the PCT localities and GP consortia. We aim to provide an efficient link between consultants and GPs, co-ordination of consultant visits to practices and special events at the Trust to develop clinical relationships and understanding. We produce a range of material to keep you informed. The Good Practice Newsletter includes new and retiring consultants, up to date Trust news and highlights on specialties and joint working initiatives with PCTs.
