Once you have submitted your enquiry, you will receive a response within 20 working days. Please let us know if your request is urgent. If we are unable to provide the information you want we will explain the reasons to you.
Should you wish to find out about the progress of your request, please ring the FOI office on 01753 633364 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are no charges for requests that involve less than £450 of staff time but we may request reimbursement for the cost of photocopying, printing and postage. We would warn you in advance if a charge were to be made. This will give you the chance to confirm your request or not to proceed if you should not want to pay the fee. As a rough guide to what your request for information might cost, charges for printing and photocopying are 10p per page.
The Trust is not obliged to comply with a request for information if the request is vexatious. Where the Trust has previously complied with a request for information which was made by any person, it is not obliged to comply with a subsequent identical or similar request from that person unless a reasonable interval has elapsed between the two requests. The Trust will log all requests for information for monitoring purposes and will be able to identify repeated or vexatious requests.
Should you be unhappy with the way in which your request has been dealt with, the reasons given for being unable to supply information, or any other aspect of the way the Trust is responding to Freedom of Information, please contact the Information Compliance and FOI Manager on 01753 633364 or send an email to email@example.com.
